Hierarchy
FHRRDA works in non-hierarchical setting, however in order to maintain volunteer base, all policy and decision making powers are invested with the hands of General body. The relevant Executive committee comprises on 15 members independently handle day-by-day activities and decisions.

FHRRDA General Body has grown over 80 members of either sex. It has a full-fledged, team of employed professionals who work along with FHRRDA volunteers, running the office six days a week from 10 am to 6 PM.

Minimums of two working committee members are taken to each sub committee. Only critical and policy based issues are referred to General body. The executive committee meetings are held once a month to address any issue that may arise. The meeting of each sub committee held fortnightly and each sub committee submits monthly reports to the executive committee. The executive committee submits its report to the general body on yearly basis.

General Body
FHRRDA General body determines the policy and program of the Association and provides financial budget submitted by the executive committee. It holds election of executives committee and appoints an auditor for auditing of account. It approves the audit report and yearly activity program report. Membership for the general body is not fixed.

Executive Committee
FHRRDA executive committee is composed of six office bearers and nine executive committee members. The General body meeting after every two years elects the members for the executive committees is ultimate decision-making body for the policy and approach of FHRRDA. Each sub committee must include at least two members of the executive committee and encourage the involvement of general body members in its all activities. Any new member to executive committee shall be elected through general body meeting.

Registration
FHRRDA Association is a registered society under the voluntarily Registration Act 1961 with headquarters in Badin District, and five offices in five taluka of District and laison office at Hyderabad sindh. Reg No DSW-VA No 652 (Hyd)

Administration Department is responsible for managing the office of FHRRDA and facilitates the function of all units. The unit also provides personal management services to the organization. Administration committee over all represents the organization at various levels and facilitates the monitoring and evaluation monthly basis. Administration department based on office bearers and staff of the organization.

Administration department this entails the development of an efficient system of support services in area such as mailing, travel, transport, arrangements, office supplies, purchase, space requirement, vehicle, furniture, etc system keeps the abreast of technical advance in communication system. All activities in this area will be carried out in the coordination with the unit.
